Bookmarks can be added to items and categories to ask a question & to leave review comments

Bookmarks are a feature of woflow that are used to assign questions/comments to an Item or Category that doesn't form part of the output data.

You can see them attached to Items or Categories with the boomark icon:

Clicking them will bring up the bookmark:

These are typically used for:

  1. Asking a question to your team lead - adding a bookmark will automatically notify the team lead. For example: How should we transcribe these particular items?

  2. Asking a clarifying question - these bookmarks can be used to format questions to be asked to the client. For example: This item states 'choice of bread' but doesn't list the options available. Please ask client for these options.

  3. Team lead's QA requires a follow up fix by the teammate - team lead will leave a bookmark on an item or category to give feedback so the teammate can fix the issue.

Adding bookmarks while transcribing

In Item Transcribing mode, bookmarks can be added either when adding the item, or when reviewing items:

In Review Mode bookmarks can be added on any Item or Category hitting the bookmark button then choosing Conversation or Client Facing:
