Follow these steps to quickly screenshot a website menu so it can be transcribed in woflow.

Note: If the link is from a dynamic website (eg, you have to click each menu item to see the extras/ price) then this type of menu is not currently supported by woflow. Please tell your manager and move on.

  1. On menu page, right click > Inspect

  2. This will open the Chrome Dev Tools on the right or below

  3. On the toolbar of Dev Tools click 'Toggle Device Toolbar'

  1. This will show the website as if it were viewed by a device.

  2. Click the right hand side to stretch the screen to full screen (but not too much white around)

  1. To make sure the full menu is screenshotted, scroll down fully to the bottom of the page

  2. Perfect! Now, click the top right 'more options' menu and click 'Capture full size screenshot'

  1. This will save the full screenshot to your downloads to use in woflow - just use it as you would an image upload!

Chrome Extension
Download the Full Page Screen Capture to screenshot pages using an easy-to-use Chrome extension. Remember to double check that the screenshot worked correctly, as it can sometimes have issues with certain websites.
