This September we're making a number of updates to the woflow platform! This will give all users more tools and features to help you transcribe menus more efficiently and effectively than ever before!
Below are the updates that are live 9/3/18 and that are now available to you:

1. New menu layout
Head into a fragment to transcribe items and you'll see that the menu is now a dropdown menu. Hover over the hamburger icon to see all the tabs to navigate to them. 🍔

2. Manual patterns
Manual patterns have had a facelift due to popular demand! This will make making a new manual pattern super quick! ⏰💥
1. Quick add - choose a selection of fields (title, price or title, description, price) to quickly create that pattern. Once it's there you can easily edit it, re-order it or add to it.

2. Label patterns - when working on a larger menu you can now label a pattern so that multiple similar ones can have easy to see labels, no more getting confused!
3. Clone pattern - need to a pattern similar to one you already have? No problem, create a new pattern by first cloning it and saving yourself some time! 😊💪

3. Category Extras
We're saving the best till last! ✌️🥇
You can now create extras at the 🎉 category level 🎉. This means, if a category has the same extras for each item, you can first create the extra, at the category level before you start making items. No need to use auto-clone, these will be attached to each item!
Got to the end and realized all items need to have an extra (eg, "Pick a side salad or fries with your burger")? No problem, you no longer need to edit each item. Simply head to Category Extras, create a new Category Extra, then bulk add it to each item (defaults to the bottom of the extras for each item).
Features:
Add Category Extra at the beginning - select from menu, appends to all items
Add Category Extra at the end - select from menu, choose "Bulk add extras" button.
Clone Category Extra from an already existing extra group - choose any Category Extra or Item Extra from your menu and use as a Category Extra using the "Clone extras from other menu items" button
As well as a couple of new features for regular Item Extras:
Add above / below current extras - Now there are 2 buttons to add an extra to an item, either above the current extras, or below the current extras. This will save you needing to reorder so often.
Expand / collapse all extras - now you can quickly expand and collapse extras when creating items so that you can more easily see what you're doing!
