We're excited to release today Replacers! This feature will allow you to set an 'input' and 'output' to help you transcribe more efficiently by automatically replacing inputted words (from the OCR) with whatever you have set as the output.
A great example of using this will be to set 'w/' as the input, and 'with' as the output. When you are transcribing words from your current fields, and have a 'w/' within the sentence, it'll automatically change it to 'with' for you!
Setting up a Replacer
Menu > Replacers
When Replacers are turned on they will replace any field (items, descriptions, extra categories, extra options, price variances) that is OCR'd into the system:
You can turn off Replacers by unchecking them or deleting them. Your current choice will persist if you refresh or move to a different fragment:
