A: When the green fragmenting box does not appear on the menu image while you're transcribing, this could be because your web browser is zoomed too far in or too far out.
Is this how you want the menu to look while you're transcribing, but for some reason the green boxes are not showing up?
Double check your browser's URL on the far right for a symbol like this:
This means your view percentage may be altered! You should reset your view to 100% and that should fix the way the menu looks in Woflow.
