Extras are now shared by default. Updating an Extra anywhere in a menu will update it for all items using that Extra. Extras can be cloned from existing Extras in order to create identical Extras that can then be updated.
The Old Way for Extras
Previously, Items would not share the same Extra. Even if the Extra was identical, an Extra would be cloned onto a second Item. This meant that if you edited one of the Extras attached to an Item, it would not change it for the other identical Extras. You'd have to "bulk edit" from the Extras page to make bulk changes.

The New Way for Extras
Now in Woflow, Items can share Extras. The benefit of this is that if you modify a shared Extra then it'll update all Items sharing that Extra. You can still clone an Extra to an Item if you wish to use it as a base and then edit it.
Once you clone an Extra, it'll be separate to the existing Extra:

You can also clone from an existing Extra on an Item. This is useful if you need to make an edit to an Extra for an Item but it is shared with other Items:
