Always review the client’s style guide first before proceeding with applying tags to transcribed items.

(Manual tagging does not apply to users working out of Workforce, thanks to automated customization!)

  • Tags are an easy way to visually indicate if an item has some sort of special properties

  • This can be things such as an item being: spicy, vegan/vegetarian, contains allergens, or even whether or not it is bike-friendly!

  • Always review the client’s style guide before manually applying tags to their catalog.

There are 2 methods for tagging items:

Individual Component Tagging

Edit the item using the pencil icon

  1. Select the tags dropdown

  2. Search or scroll and select tag(s). You can select multiple.

  3. Save item

Note: Tag options in the dropdown may look differently by client, based on their style guide settings.

Bulk Tagging via Tags Manager

The Tags Manager is a powerful feature that allows you to apply tags in bulk across the catalog with speed and ease. To access the Tags Manager:

  1. Select the More Options ("...") Button

  2. Scroll to and select Tags Manager

  3. Select your tag

  4. Select any items you wish to add to or remove the tag from. Uncheck / check.

  5. DONE! No need to press a save button.
