Items or extras sometimes require additional context in the title in order for the viewer to understand what the food is. For example:

The item title “Chicken/Pork/Vegetable” is not as clear as breaking the item up, like so:

In order to automate this during transcription use the append tool.

This will add the category name, "Lo Mein" to the item title!
