FIAT deposits and withdrawals will follow each payment provider’s processing rules, availability, and regional restrictions. Always ensure your selected FIAT method is supported in your country.
Important Information for Crypto Deposits
Please keep the following points in mind when depositing cryptocurrency:
✔ Use the Correct Deposit Address
Always copy the correct deposit address for the currency you wish to send.
Sending a coin to the wrong address will result in permanent loss.
Example: Sending BTC to an ETH address is not recoverable.
✔ Consider Wallet Fees
If you send exactly the minimum amount, remember that your wallet may deduct fees.
If the received amount falls below the minimum, the deposit will be lost and cannot be recovered.
✔ Network Requirements
ETH and USDTE must be sent via ERC-20
Smart Contracts and token transfers are not supported.
USDC must be sent via ERC-20
Smart Contracts and tokens are not supported.
USDTT (USDT-TRC20) must be sent via the Tron Network.
USDTB (USDT-BEP20) must be sent via the BNB Smart Chain.
✔ XRP (Ripple) Deposits
When depositing XRP, you must enter the Destination Tag shown on your deposit page.
Without the tag, the funds will not be credited.

If your card or bank account is in a different currency than your selected FIAT deposit option:
