OVERVIEW

You have the ability in Wonda Pro to generate a feedback report at the end of each session to evaluate and provide feedback for every conversations your learners have with your AI characters.

Those individual feedback reports are available for the instructors to review as well and can be accessible in the Reporting tab of each simulation so they can be reviewed and downloaded for further analysis.

In this article, we'll cover the several ways to access reports and their associated conversational logs for each simulation.

From there, you can access both the Reports and their associated Session Logs

  • There’s an unique Report for each sessions

  • Each Report has a “Card View” with a summary and radar chart, and a “Detailed view”

  • Only the latest Reports Generated are displayed on this screen

N.B.: if you change your assessment criteria and Regenerate Reports, the reports shown on this screen will be filtered automatically to show the latest reports generated with your new criteria.

2. Understanding the Feedback Report

Now that you’ve clicked on a Report Card, let’s take a look at what’s inside:

  • First, you can see the session data (name of student, date, length, global score)

  • A feedback summary of the performance of the learner

  • A detailed feedback for each pre-defined criteria of the feedback report

To download each Individual Report in a PDF format, click on the DOWNLOAD REPORT button at the bottom of the dialog.

This file will contain all the previously mentioned information, and the discussion logs of the session.

3. Improving Feedback Report Quality

If you wish to modify feedback report criteria to improve feedback report quality, you can do so by “testing” your improved feedback criteria on existing sessions you've generated.

To do this, you can regenerate all feedback reports based on your new feedback criteria.
