Adding collaborators

Wonda allows you to add collaborators to a particular program even when they are not administrators of the account. Collaborators could include learning designers, fellow faculty members, and media specialists.

To add collaborators, make sure you are on the Program page, and select “collaborators” in the top bar (see image below).

A pop-up box will appear where you can input the email addresses of the collaborators you wish to add. Pressing the space bar between email addresses will allow you to add multiple collaborators at the same time. Once you are done, select “Send Invitations” to send the emails an invitation to work on the program (see image below).
