Updated over 4 months ago

When creating a dynamic campaign, you will be asked to select between 'Candidate click' 'Start Apply' and 'Apply'. Read the difference between those options below, to help you make a better decision on your campaign approach.

🟠 Candidate Click

You're looking for a new job. You see a job posting online and you're interested, so you click on it. That click is what we call a "candidate click".

It's like a company is putting up a sign that says "Job Opening!" and people who are interested click on the sign to see more details.

By tracking these clicks, companies can see what kind of jobs people are interested in and how well their job postings are doing.

So recruiters can gain insights into factors like:

  • The effectiveness of different job titles and descriptions

  • The performance of different recruitment channels

  • The demographics of interested candidates

  • The impact of different ad formats and targeting strategies

This data helps companies refine their recruitment strategies and improve their chances of attracting top talent.

🟠 Start Apply

The 'Start Apply' option, will begin measuring the applications when the user clicks on the 'Apply Now' button on the vacancy page.

This objective is ideal if you want to track and analyze user engagement from the moment they express interest and start the application process. By choosing 'Start Apply', you can gain valuable insights into user behavior, such as the number of users who begin the application process but do not complete it, allowing you to optimize your recruitment strategy accordingly.

This objective provides a comprehensive view of candidate interest and engagement, enabling you to make data-driven decisions and enhance your overall application experience.

🟠 Apply

When choosing the 'Apply' option on the campaign page, you are selecting a campaign objective that measures the completed applications for the vacancy.

This objective is suitable if you want to focus on measuring the number of completed applications and prioritize candidates who have successfully submitted their information. By selecting 'Apply', you can effectively track and evaluate the conversion rate from interested users to completed applications.

With the 'Apply' objective, you can assess the effectiveness of your recruitment efforts in attracting and converting qualified candidates, making it easier to refine your strategy and increase the likelihood of successful applicant outcomes.

Sometimes even though it’s possible to measure applies, you should still go for the 'Start apply' since the 'Apply' objective might be more pricey.
