How do I start creating an account?
To begin creating an account, follow these steps:
Go to the account page and click on "+Create" account in the top right corner.
What information do I need to provide when creating an account?
When creating an account, you must provide the following information:
Enter the account name, company address, VAT, and currency, etc.
If you toggle 'Use organization details' on, the system automatically brings your organization details.
Creating a workspace
How do I start creating a workspace in the organization portal?
In the organization portal, click on the relevant account on the left you want to create a workspace in.
Click on + Create workspace on the list box on the left
Enter Workspace name.
Then click on Create.
Within the workspace, you now can access the channel settings to request the social page connection.
Until the account is connected, you will see 'Missing Social Page' in the channel settings.
To connect the social page you have to add the social page ID. You will find the steps to retrieve your social page ID Here.
After adding the social page ID you will need to confirm. After that, you will be able to view the status of your social page connection request.
That's it! You have now created your workspace and requested a social page connection.
How do I connect to Google Display
Go to Channel settings - Under Automated Channels you will find Google Display
And request connection
Once you request connection - click confirm to send the request and our team will connect your account.
And once it is connected you will be able to view it as connected from your channel settings.
How can I invite a team member to our workspace?
To invite a team member to your workspace, please contact us via our chat or via an email to support@wonderkind.com, with the email address of the team member you’d like to add. We’ll send an invitation directly to them. At this time, you cannot invite team members yourself through the portal.
