For creators, we use other services' authentication abilities. This assures publishers you are who you say you are. They can go down, though this usually temporary. 

Users with Kaspersky Internet Security software installed may also have authentication and login issues which we have not been able to address.

The other most common problem is you may already be signed in elsewhere (like another computer.) The error message will say "The account you tried to connect is already linked with a different user." Try going to woovit.com/signout and logging out first.
