Unfortunately, once you've received a code, there isn't anything we can do. We can't verify if a code has been used, so we don't allow creators to return codes.

If you want to swap it for a code on a different platform, you'll have to talk to the publisher and work things out with them. Feel free to CC us on that email at hello@woovit.com so we know if they're unable to assist.
