Please read through this tutorial to learn how to add/remove codes from the Campaigns tab.
1. Click on the "Campaigns" tab.
The Campaigns tab is part of the navigation bar at the top of the app.
2. Access the campaign that needs codes added or removed.
You can access any campaign listed on this page by clicking on the cover image or DETAILS button.
3. Click on the CODES tab.
The CODES tab is located on the navigation bar below the campaign's cover image and custom link. This tab will show all available and uploaded codes.
Available codes are game keys that creators can request or claim. Codes reserved for creator requests will not be counted.
Uploaded codes are the total amount of game keys given to Woovit.
4. Click on the ADD button to provide codes.
5. Select the platform.
Woovit's extensive list of platforms includes regions and custom offers. Custom offers can be anything alphanumeric, including hyperlinks.
Note: Woovit's quota system limits how many codes a creator can claim, and we discourage the distribution of free games or trials.
We recommend providing codes creators cannot normally claim on their own. Otherwise please adjust the campaign's settings (Qualifications tab) to have codes not count against a creator's quota.
6. Paste one code per line or upload a file.
Type or paste one code per line. Click on the ADD button once completed. Alternatively, you can upload a .txt or .csv file using the provided template.
7. View a list of uploaded codes by toggling "Show Codes."
8. Delete individual codes if needed.
Individual codes can be removed by clicking on the trash can symbol.
9. To remove all codes, click on "Remove Codes" located next to the upload count.
This will remove all codes for the selected platform. A confirmation window will pop up. You will have an option to download the remaining codes as a .csv file before removal.
