If you wish to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Navigate to the billing page
Log in to your Word Spinner account.
From the left-hand menu, click on settings.
At the top of the settings page, select the billing & plans tab.
View your subscription details
Your current plan details (e.g., Starter or Unlimited) will be displayed.
Cancel your subscription
Click on the Manage plan button.
You will be redirected to the Stripe billing portal.
In the portal, locate your active subscription and click on Cancel plan or Abonnement opzeggen (if displayed in Dutch).
Confirm the cancellation
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Verify the cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email with the cancellation details.
