How to download and manage invoices.

You can easily manage, download, and update your invoice details for your subscription.

How to download invoices

  1. Navigate to the billing page

    • Log in to your Word Spinner account.

    • From the left-hand menu, click on settings.

    • At the top of the page, select the billing & plans tab.

  2. Access the Stripe billing portal

    • Click on the Manage plan button.

    • You will be redirected to the Stripe billing portal, where your payment details and invoices are stored.

  3. Download your invoices

    • Locate the list of invoices under the billing history section.

    • Select the invoice you wish to download.

    • Click on the Download button to save it as a PDF.

  4. Alternative method

    • If Stripe invoices are not available because you no longer have an active subscription, you can still download your invoices directly via the dashboard:

How to update invoice address

  1. Navigate to the billing page

    • Go to settings in your Word Spinner account.

    • Select the billing & plans tab and click on Manage plan to open the Stripe portal.

  2. Update invoice address

    • Under the billing details or invoice address section, update the fields for:

      • Street

      • House number

      • Postal code

      • City

      • Country

  3. Save the changes

    • Confirm your updates. Your new invoice address will be applied to future invoices.
