If you've been charged and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Review the refund policy

2. Contact support

3. Refund processing time

  • Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear back in your account.

4. Confirmation

  • Chat: If you request a refund via chat and remain in the conversation, you will receive a prompt response.

  • Email: If you leave the chat, you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Tip: To avoid unintended charges, consider setting reminders before the end of your trial period or subscription renewal.
