Overview
There are five default roles available for users on your Work Truck Solutions account — Admin, Sales Manager, Inventory Manager, Salesperson, and Analytics — each governing what a person can see and do across the platform. Understanding these roles helps you assign the right access to each team member from day one, and avoids the back-and-forth of fixing access after the fact. We recommend reviewing each user's settings periodically to make sure access still matches their role.
Note: Roles are set per location. The same person can have a different role at each store they work in.
User Roles
Any user, regardless of role, can export inventory.
Every user can view the Users page and the invoices on a listing. No one can delete an invoice after Work Truck Solutions has processed it — contact support if one needs correcting.

Conclusion
Understanding the five roles — Admin, Sales Manager, Inventory Manager, Salesperson, and Analytics — is essential for setting up your team correctly from the start. Each role is built for a different scope of responsibility, so reviewing them together helps you assign access that matches how each person actually works at each store.
