If you have access to more than one dealership, you can switch between them without logging out — and each dealership has its own settings for things like fees, add-ons, and F&I products.
Switching Between Dealerships
Look for the dealership dropdown at the top left of the screen.
If you have access to more than one store, this dropdown lets you toggle between them.
Users with access to only one dealership won't see this option — it only appears once your account is tied to more than one.
Organization-Level Settings
Each dealership's settings are configured separately, even under one login. To get there:
Click your initials at the top right of the screen, then select Organization Settings.
Settings apply to the dealership you currently have selected. To configure a different store, switch to it first using the dropdown at the top left.
From here you can access settings like Desking (fees, add-ons, F&I products — see How to Set Default Fees, Add-Ons, and F&I Products for Quotes) and lead management.
Good to Know
Settings configured for one dealership (e.g., Chevrolet) don't carry over to another (e.g., GMC) under the same organization — each is set up independently.
Known limitation for teams that sell across multiple rooftops: if your commercial team works deals across more than one store (e.g., a shared Chevrolet/GMC commercial department), customers and deals are currently separate per dealership — the switcher changes which store's data you're viewing, but doesn't unify a customer's activity across stores. A customer who buys a Chevrolet from one store and a GMC from another will show up as two separate records today. Inventory is also separate per store, so a single quote can only include vehicles from the dealership you're working in.
