Who will see the reviews I leave for a Workspace?

By default, workspace reviews are public and visible to all Worka users on the workspace listings page. This is so we can create a genuinely helpful platform with unbiased reviews from users. But if you prefer to keep your review for your eyes only, simply tick the 'private' box when submitting it.

Can I edit one of my existing reviews?

To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please email help@worka.com with your review details and the required changes. Our goal is to make customer reviews accurate and helpful for all users, so we’re happy to assist with any edits to ensure your reviews accurately reflect your experience
