What if I need to cancel a booking?
Before canceling, we encourage you to contact the client directly to offer an alternative solution. You’ll find their contact details in the booking confirmation email. If you can't find a suitable alternative, please contact help@worka.com for assistance.
What is the cancellation and refund policy for clients?
Clients can cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the booking starts for a full refund. No refund is given if they cancel within 24 hours of the start time. You'll still receive the funds, less our fees.
