Understanding onsite add-ons

Charges associated with goods and services purchased during bookings

Updated over a month ago

Some operators make additional goods and services available to bookers for the duration of the booking or shortly afterwards, i.e. onsite. These vary by operator but common examples are:

  1. Beverages such as tea and coffee of snacks

  2. Option space booking extensions

This is service is more likely to be available from larger operators providing services to larger organisations

Where these add-ons are taken by the space booker they will be charged from retrospectively after the booking.

Note: These changes will be charged back to the original booking payment method i.e. the personal card or Team-configured central payment card

Viewing onsite add-on charges in Team

Where onsite add-on charges have been applied they will be visible in Worka Team against the original booking with more detail available via Booking History

Billing for onsite add-ons is via a separate invoice that will be raised and processed automatically in Billing \ Payment History

Note: At present it is not possible to restrict users from using onsite add-ons via Team preferences
