The price per desk on your listing on Instant Offices will show a range of all your combined workspaces (Private Offices and Desks); that are assigned to that Workplace. The range is specific to the workspace type i.e Desks. So only workspaces of the same type will be included in the range.

The range of pricing data is set from the minimum cost of a Workspace.
