How is the price shown on Instant Offices calculated?

The price displayed for your listing represents a range based on all the workspaces of the same type (e.g., desks or private offices) assigned to that listing. This range helps keep pricing competitive and ensures clients see accurate, useful data.

How we calculate the range:

  • We start with the minimum cost per desk in your workspace.

  • The range reflects the smallest and largest desk capacities available for that workspace type.

Key points:

  • Serviced Office “from” price = Minimum desk capacity × Minimum cost per desk.

  • Capacity range: Defined at the workspace type level (minimum and maximum desks).

  • Office size: Grouped into predefined bands (small, medium, large) based on number of people.
Cost = Number of desks × Minimum cost per desk.
