Amenities describe the specific features and services available at your workspace.

Clients and our sales teams use amenities to filter and narrow down options, so accuracy is essential.

The Worka Partner Portal includes all amenities used on the Worka Marketplace, but only a subset of these amenities is currently displayed on InstantOffices.com.

Each Instant Offices listing also includes a set of amenities that are automatically assigned based on the workspace types you select that cannot be removed. These exist due to legacy configurations, and some older listings may still display amenities that are no longer offered.

We are actively working to standardise amenities across all platforms, and this process is ongoing.

Best practice

  • Select all amenities that are consistently available

  • Only choose amenities clients can rely on every day

  • Keep amenities accurate and up to date

Avoid

  • Selecting amenities that are limited, temporary, or occasional

  • Leaving amenities enabled that are no longer offered
