What information does Worka store about users?

Worka Information stores a variety of data types associated with a digital marketplace. This encompasses core user data, data about a users bookings and behaviour analytics.

User data

About users depends on how the user accounts are managed. This can be 1 of 2 methods:

  1. Local or manually managed OR

  2. Federated or enterprise managed

Local user data

For local users, Worka Team only requires an email address in order to invite someone to join a company or organisation's Worka account.

Optionally, the user can enhance their account profile by adding in their name and preferred name.

Federated user data

For federated users, Worka Team will store a user's email address, first name, and last name.

Optionally, the user can enhance their account profile by adding their preferred name.

Additional data storage

In addition to core user account information, Worka also stores data on booking history, search behaviour, account spend and limited location information. For a detailed description please see the Worka privacy policy
