Changing my booking

You can make changes to your booking up until the time it’s due to start. Simply log into your MyWorka portal and select the Bookings tab.

Change the duration

If you extend the duration, we’ll charge your original payment method accordingly. If you reduce the duration, we’ll refund you for any unused hours, subject to our cancellation policy.

Change your workspace

If you choose a different workspace, we’ll cancel your original booking and refund you, subject to our cancellation policy. You’ll then be billed separately for the new booking.

Our cancellation policy

Any changes you make within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may not be eligible for a refund. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.
