No, you can’t currently book for someone else. However, if you’d like a colleague to reserve a workspace in the same location as you, you can share the workspace link, and they can book it.

If you’ve booked a workspace that accommodates more than one person, you can invite other guests to that booking. For example, if you’ve booked a 4-person meeting room, you can invite up to three guests.
