Occasionally, it may be necessary for a Worka Admin to cancel a booking made by mistake or at another user's request.

Worka Team supports this via the Bookings page, where any Admin with access can initiate the cancellation of a booking.

Refunds and cancellations:

Typically, if the cancellation is 24 hours or more prior to the booking start date, then there will be no charge. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the booking start date may incur a partial or full payment of the original booking.
