How to connect to OfficeRnD

Connecting OfficeRnD with Worka allows you to import your workspaces, along with their pricing, availability, and photos into Worka.

How do I connect OfficeRnD with Worka?

1. Prepare your OfficeRnD account

Before connecting, make sure the required fields are populated for each of your OfficeRnD locations.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: OfficeRnD recently launched API v2. The Worka integration is currently configured for API v1. While the API v2 migration is in progress, follow the temporary instructions below.

Check that you have populated the required fields within your OfficeRnD locations:

2. Create an Application in OfficeRnD

Create an application for Worka within OfficeRnD by:

  1. Log in to OfficeRnD.

  2. Go to Settings → Data & Extensibility → Developer Tools.

  3. Click Add Application.

  4. Set the name as Worka.

  5. Optionally, add a description, upload a logo. You do not need to select API v2 permissions.

  6. Click Add Application, then View Application.

  7. Note down the Client ID and Client Secret. You'll need these for the Worka Partner Portal.

  8. Navigate to Organization Settings in the top right corner. Note the value of the Admin Site field (e.g., yourcompany). This will be required later.

⚠️IMPORTANT: The Admin Site must not include a URL or capital letters. Use lowercase only (e.g., yourcompany, not https://yourcompany.officernd.com).

9. If you're an existing Partner Portal / Instant Offices Operator Portal user, locate your Location IDs:

  • Open each location in OfficeRnD.

  • Copy the content of the URL after office=.

3. Enable API v1 Access (Temporary Step)

To enable the integration for now, you’ll need Read/Write permissions on API v1, which must be manually enabled by OfficeRnD.

  • Please contact support@officernd.com or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to request API v1 access for your application.

  • Once enabled, you can proceed to complete the connection in Worka.

4. Configure the integration in Worka

  1. In the Worka Partner Portal, click the Settings cog from the home page, then go to Integrations.

  2. Find OfficeRnD and enter the following details:

    • Client ID

    • Client Secret

    • Admin Site (in lowercase, no URL)

  3. Click Connect.
