What information is synced between Google Calendar & Worka?

The integration between Google & Worka is currently used to sync the availability of Meeting Rooms only.

How do I connect Worka to my Google Calendar?

To connect, you must share your calendar(s) with a specific Worka email address: calendars@worka.com.

To share your calendar and connect to Worka:

  1. Click the settings cog in the Worka Partner Portal, then choose Integrations

  2. Locate Google Calendar and click Connect.

  3. Now in Google, click the three dots next to the Calendar you wish to share

  4. Click Settings and sharing

  5. Scroll to Share with specific people or groups

  6. Click Add people or groups

  7. Enter calendars@worka.com and select the permission level Make changes and manage sharing

  8. Click Send

  9. Scroll to Integrate Calendar and copy the Calendar ID

  10. Enter the Calendar ID into Worka Partner Portal.
