Here's a quick guide to the booking statuses you'll see when using Worka:
1. Confirmed
Your workspace is booked and ready for you. You’re all set!
2. In progress
Your booking is currently active. We hope you're enjoying using the workspace.
3. Completed
Your booking has now finished. We hope you had a successful time in the workspace.
4. Canceled
Your booking has been successfully canceled. If you're eligible for a refund, we'll typically process it within 10 working days.
5. Pending
We've received your booking request and are waiting for our workspace partner to confirm. We'll email you once they've replied, usually within 15 minutes.
6. Failed
Something went wrong, and we couldn't confirm your booking. Please try again or contact our support team for help.
7. Cancellation requested
We've received your cancellation request and are waiting for our workspace partner to confirm. We'll email you once they've replied.
8. Cancellation failed
Your attempt to cancel wasn't successful, so your booking is still active. Please try again or contact our support team for help.
9. Changes failed
Your attempt to modify your booking wasn't successful, so your original booking remains unchanged. Please try again or contact our support team for help.
