I have a lead parser setup for enquiries coming from The Instant Group. How can I ensure that new workplaces I add via the Partner Portal will parse email enquiries?

You can either:

  • Wait for your first lead to come through on your newly created workplace. You will see "Instant Centre Reference ID" included on the enquiry email.

  • Get in touch with help@worka.com so that we can provide the "Instant Centre Reference ID" once you have configured the workplace.
