Bulk Assigning Groups from Staff Page
You may find yourself in a situation where you want to assign multiple Employees to one or more Groups in one batch. This can be done from the Staff Page:
Click Staff in the top navigation bar.
Select multiple Staff Members either by selecting them one by one, or by individually checking the boxes to the left of their names.
You may also select Staff in bulk by clicking the check-box to the top-left of the page. This will select all 25 results on the current page.
To select all of the Staff records across the account, first, click the bulk select button in the top left corner of the page and click the “Click to select all staff that match this search.”
Click Bulk Actions
Click Add Staff to Group
Removing Staff from Group, click the Remove Staff from Group button.
Bulk Assigning Groups from Reports Page
You’ll also be able to add/remove Staff Members from the Reports page. Here’s how:
Click Reports in the top navigation
Click New Report
Select the Output Data fields and Filters that make sense for your report, then click the Run Report button. After your report has run, the page will update to display a list of your Employees. In addition, you’ll now be able to take a few bulk actions, such as adding and subtracting Staff Members from Groups in bulk:
Select your Staff Members either one by one by checking the checkbox next to their names, or click the drop arrow in the top left corner of the page and click Select All.
Click Bulk Actions.
Use the Add Staff to Group and Remove Staff to take these actions in bulk.
