Reassigning a form to an onboardee is the process of requesting a new submission of that particular form. You can reassign forms in several different ways.
Requesting one new submission from one onboardee:

Or request new submissions of the same form from multiple onboardees:
The onboardee will receive an email with your note(s), and a link to log-in to complete the reassigned forms.
The email that the onboardee receives goes out on a 15-minute delay. This gives you enough time to either reassign MORE forms -- in which case, WorkBright will cluster the messaging for the onboardee into a single email -- or to undo the reassignment.
