1. To complete the WorkBright E-Verify integration, begin by logging into your WorkBright account (app.workbright.com) and E-Verify account (https://www.e-verify.gov/).
Please use your newest Program Admin ID to login if you were required to create a new E-Verify account because your existing E-Verify account was not Web Services enabled.
2. After logging into your WorkBright account, please go to the E-Verify integration page by going to the Settings tab and clicking E-Verify in the left menu.
3. Begin plugging in the required information into WorkBright. Each screenshot will show you where to find the information within your E-Verify account.

4. Web Services Credentials: Please use the screenshots below to see how to create your Web Services ID and password.
Start by clicking on your name in the top right corner, click “Company Account”, and then “Manage Users” in the dropdown menu.
Once on the Manage Users page, click the +Add User button
Enter in your email address used during E-Verify enrollment, use the dropdown menu to select the User Role as Web Services Access, and click Next.
Provide the required User Information (this will be your name and the phone number used during E-Verify enrollment)
After you have provided your User Information, the Web Services User ID will autopopulate in the last field. You can use the ID that is autogenerated or you can override this and create your own. *If creating your own Web Services ID, it must be eight characters and may be letters, numbers or a combination of both. The user ID is not case-sensitive. User ID examples: “USER1234” OR “12345678”
Click “Create User Account” when you are done filling in the User Information and Web Services User ID field.
The next screen will confirm a new user was created with the User Role of Web Access. You now must change the password associated with the Web Services ID by clicking “Change Password” at the bottom of the screen. (The Web Services password has no impact on the one used to login to your E-Verify account)
5. After creating your Web Services User ID and password, add the same credentials to the Web Services fields within WorkBright and click Submit. Please click Submit only once. A blue banner will appear at the top of the page confirming the E-Verify info has been updated within WorkBright.
6. After completing all steps, email implementation@workbright.com to confirm the integration is completed. We will run a test and confirm it is working properly.
