The Audit Events can show various events that have taken place with either the I-9 or the E-Verify case.
E-Verify Audit Events:
On the E-Verify cases tab, when you click into an E-Verify case you can reveal the Audit Events. This will show anytime an E-verify case has gone through a specific status, date & time, and if an action is taken by an admin.
The audit trail will show events similar to the screenshot below. For additional information on how to handle E-Verify cases inside WorkBright, check out our Managing E-Verify Cases in WorkBright Article.
I-9 Audit Events:
In the I-9 forms page on the employee profile, you can reveal the Audit Events of the I-9. This will show the steps the I-9 has gone through, date & time, and other specific data related to the employee.
You can also access the I-9 Audit Events from the I-9 Forms page in the onboarding tab.
The screenshots below will show an example of the I-9 Audit Events. For more detailed information on all of the audit events for the I-9 and what they mean, check out this article.
