If I make a change to the onboardee's profile -- such as correcting a misspelled name, changing their job title or payrate, etc. -- does the change flow through to all of their signed documents?
Changing something in the profile does NOT change a signed or completed document that used information from the profile. A signed or completed submission is a legal document and carries with it whatever information was accurate at the time it was signed.
If you make a change to the onboardee's profile and need that change to flow through to documents they've already completed, you'll need to either reject or reassign those forms to the onboardee.
If the onboardee had not yet completed the form(s), the changes to the profile will be in effect whenever the onboardee completes the form.
