Yes, you can hide inactive staff from view in your inbox.
There are many reasons you may want to hide inactive staff from view in your inbox.
The most common use case is for organizations that send a large number of offers, where a portion of those offers are not completed or started. This can get very overwhelming and leave your inbox in an unmanageable state.
Your inbox will go from looking like this. Showing all forms that need review of active and inactive staff.
To look like this. Only showing the active staff who need review.
Notes:
You must make sure your Staff Member is set to deactivated so they do not appear in the inbox. More information on deactivating your staff here.
The forms are not deleted; they are just removed from the inbox, so they are still accessible and visible from the staff's profile.
