PSD2 sets new requirements for payment transactions in Europe (from 14 September 2019). Purchases where the buyer's issuing bank is located in the EU (excluding the UK) are subject to the SCA with 3DS2.0. You must meet the authentication requirements for the issuing bank to purchase tickets.

NOTE: The PSD2 deadline has been extended for some countries, such as the UK. For those countries, transactions cannot be influenced at this time.
