The follow-up process is very simple. Once you publish a job offer you can manage it and follow-up by clicking on SEE ALL MEDIA in your dashboard. 

Then select the job post you created and you will see the details such as visits, comments, clicks and applicants.
You can of course EDIT CONTENT if the position requirements have changed.
