How to record progress on Numbers, Goals & Reports to keep your dashboard, meetings and reports current.

What should I update and when?

To track your team’s progress, you need to enter updates into Workfacta. You can update the values for any Numbers or Reports and the statuses of Goals and Actions. By doing this prior to your meetings, you can have a productive and efficient meeting.


How to update your Goals, Numbers, Reports or Actions in Workfacta?

There are 2 ways to make Updates in Workfacta - through the home dashboard or updates page.

Method 1 - Home Dashboard

Make updates directly on the Home Dashboard, where your My Week widget is. This widget shows you a summary of what updates and actions are due this week.

You can also make your updates there, for example:

  • Update a Number

  • Mark a goal as 'on/ off target'

  • Provide a comment

  • Attach a document,

  • Mark an Action as complete

Method 2 - Update page.

  • Click Update on the left-hand menu.

  • Here you can see all your team’s updates (Goals, Numbers & Reports), not just your own.

By doing the updates regularly, your whole team will be kept informed of how it’s performing.
