CLEANING THE METAL NOZZLE, THE WHITE PLASTIC NOZZLE AND THE SEAL RING:
During Step 2 of the cleaning program, put all three components into the cleaning solution in container 2. Leave these three components in the container throughout the cleaning cycle.
Afterwards the cleaning cycle has finished, remove the three components from the container. Clean the components thoroughly with warm water (outside and inside) to remove any residue
Dry all components and store them somewhere safe until next use.
CLEANING THE EXTERIOR
Wipe the exterior body and the display with a damp, soft cloth. Then dry exterior and display with a dry cloth.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Sites using Full Fat Irish milk (+3.5%) and dispensing higher than average volumes (over 500 cups / day) may require additional monitoring and may need to run additional cleaning cycles throughout the day in order to manage and minimise milk solid build-up inside the element. Greater concentrations of detergent may also be required. Please contact us for further advice - hello@workflow.coffee
