Getting Started

Do I need to register to use Workflow's B2B eCommerce platform?

Yes, we ask that you create an account when placing your first trade order. This helps you easily manage your orders.


To apply for a access simply click the Apply Now link or our Trade Login Page here, enter your details, and our team will review. Once approved and set up, your business information will be saved for future orders, making reordering a breeze.

Can I set up a credit account for my company?

Yes! We offer credit accounts for regular trade customers. For further information please see our Payments & Accounts section below or contact our team at hello@workflow.coffee.


Placing Your Order

How do I place an order?

Once your online trade account has been approved and activated, you can place your order directly online at Workflow. Simply select your items and the quantity required and follow the Shopify checkout process.

Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

No, this is no minimum order. But shipping charges may apply depending on the order value and/or your location.

Will I receive a VAT receipt following purchase?

Yes, once your order has been successfully processed you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Included in this email will be a link where you can download your VAT receipt.


Delivery Information

What are your delivery times?

  • Free delivery via DPD Couriers on orders over €150 to all-Ireland addresses

  • All-Ireland: Next business day delivery via DPD Couriers

  • UK: Two business day delivery via DPD Couriers

  • International: varies by delivery location and order size / weight. Shipping rates via DPD / FedEx

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email: We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is picked up.

  2. Click the tracking link in your email or copy your tracking number.

  3. Visit the courier’s tracking page:

Payment & Accounts

How do I pay for my order?

All orders must be paid for in advance online. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you have any trouble with payment, please reach out to us at hello@workflow.coffee.

Can my company set up a monthly credit account?

Yes! If you’re ordering regularly, you can apply for a GoCardless Direct Debit account with us. Payment terms are 14 days after month end.

To get started, simply click here to securely set up your monthly direct debit (debit via our sister B2C company Coffeeangel). Once your direct debit is set up, you’ll receive instructions for seamless checkout.


Frequently Asked Questions

Does free delivery on orders over €150 apply to UK or international deliveries?

No, our free delivery offer applies only to all-Ireland addresses. UK and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rates set by DPD / FedEx.

Can you provide financing on purchases?

No, but we can direct you to financing companies who have assisted other customers interested in financing in the past. Please contact us for further details at hello@workflow.coffee.

Is Workflow part of Coffeeangel?

Yes, Coffeeangel is our B2C parent company. Workflow was created to handle all our B2B business.
