When to Submit a Callout Request
If you are experiencing a technical issue with your Übermilk One that you cannot resolve using our support articles here, please submit a callout request using the form below.
Before You Submit
Review our Übermilk troubleshooting articles.
Gather the following information:
Product serial number (found on the bottom rear corner)
Detailed description of the issue
Steps you have already tried
Attach photos or videos and Flow Test Logs, if possible
What Happens Next?
Our technical team will review your request and contact you within 24 business hours.
Callouts are available during our business hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm IST.
If your request is urgent and outside business hours, please indicate this in your description.
Info: Please ensure the machine is powered off before any inspection or troubleshooting.
