When to Submit a Callout Request

If you are experiencing a technical issue with your Markibar Grinder that you cannot resolve using our support articles here, please submit a callout request using the form below.

    • Attach photos or videos, if possible

What Happens Next?

  • Our technical team will review your request and contact you within 24 business hours.

  • Callouts are available during our business hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm IST.

  • If your request is urgent and outside business hours, please indicate this in your description.

Info: Please ensure the machine is powered off before any inspection or troubleshooting.
