Reporting a Problem from the Portal

If you are having an issues viewing, editing, or commenting on a proof in the web portal you can report a problem directly from the proofing tool. Doing so will send the report directly to MetaCommunications Support, providing in depth diagnostic information to the Support team so that the team can promptly troubleshoot the issue.

  • Click on the 'Hamburger Menu' in the top right corner of the screen

  • Select "Report a Problem"

  • Enter a short description of the issue. Check the boxes in the bottom left corner and click "Send"

  • Once submitted you will see a message at the bottom of the "Report a Problem" window. Your feedback has been sent. Thank you! You can now close the window.
