Once you have installed Approval Manager you will want to set the Administration settings.

These settings are in the Administration tab and can only be accessed and adjusted when you are logged in as the Administrator.

Email Notifications: This setting is used to set the email address the proof notifications are coming from. You also have the option of allowing the users to log into Approval Manager from the email notification.

Email Message Queue: This is the area that you can view the notification that are not being delivered.

Custom Appearance: This screen lists the file types that you will allow to be uploaded to Approval Manager and if they will be reviewed in Spark or in their native program.

Approval Manager Settings: The setting in this area are if you want to require reviewers to use a digital signature to comment on proofs and if you want to install IIS Media Services to give better support of video proofing.

Proofer File Type: This screen lists the file types that you will allow to be uploaded to Approval Manager and if they will be reviewed in Spark or in their native program.
