As you create your workflow templates, you may find that templates follow a similar process. For example, maybe you're print and digital ad templates are nearly identical to eachother.
In a situation like this, it may be more practical to make a copy of one workflow and then edit the copy, rather than creating a new template from scratch.

This is simple to do. Here's how.
Click 'Configuration' in the Workgroups Toolbar
Then, select 'Advanced Workflow and Scheduling' from the drop down list.
Now, open up your Template List
Select your template and click the 'Duplicate Template' button
Give your new template a name and click 'OK'
Click 'Search' to refresh your template list.
Now, you can edit your new template as needed
